Chris Hyman, Serco CEO together with television presenter
Nick Ross engaged the company’s Senior Leadership Team, to
consider how they can potentially accelerate their journey
from ‘good to great’ through a series of presentations, panel
discussions and debates.
CS LIVE’s extensive experience was used to create the perfect
environment to facilitate the event through careful construction
and theatrical lighting. A cyclorama formed the backdrop to the
various styles of presentations with live cameras adding a
television style debate feel to the event.

Delegates from around the world were enlightened to the companies
recent success stories through a series of videos specially
produced for the event whilst Michael Johnson, world athletic
champion gave an inspirational speech demonstrating his authority
on achieving greatness.
During a Dragons Den style debate an enthused audience used
interactive voting to select their favourite new business ideas.
